My Opinion:
Pros:My grandson loves it and looks cute in it! He doesn't want to take it off! lol
Cons: My granson wears a size 3T and the elastic at the wrist is tight on him.
There was a piece of the velco missing but luckily for me, I had some extras lying around so it all worked out.
