exederm Baby and Adult Eczema Products Review and Giveaway

I received some exederm products for review which I was excited to try on my grandson. He has eczema so bad that sometimes when he has flare ups even the Dr.'s prescription's don't work. It is so sad to see the little guy in such misery from wanting to scratch but can't. I read about it throughly before I decided to try it on him. I done a small patch test on him to make sure he wouldn't have a reaction to it first. Well, he did have a reaction all right...exederm actually started started clearing up his eczema!!! Yes, it is 100% true! We were so excited and he is so happy!

We received the following products from exederm:

• exederm for eczema and dermatitis - This worked great for his itching! It is an ultra sensitive formula for REALLY sensitive skin. It was awarded the NEA Seal of Acceptance in September 2008. Fast soothing relief from itching, inflammation, redness and rashes. Absolutely No colors, No fragrances No harsh paraben preservatives and No dyes! He has been hive free for several weeks now and it makes my heart happy knowing that he is not in misery anymore. 
• exederm Ultra Sensitive Skincare non-irritating baby shampoo - We have had a hard time trying to find a shampoo that wouldn't irritate his arms and face when his hair was washed. Well, we really didn't have any luck. We usually just actually had him bend his head way over as to try and not get too much on his skin when rinsing his hair. I am so thankfull we have found this shampoo! He feels like a normal little boy now with his hair being washed. At first, he really didn't want to try it  even though we had made a lather and tested it on a small space on his arms before washing his hair. The little guy was still scared at first. Now, he just acts like the rest of the grandkids. He is such a relief to have found this. This shampoo is also Color free, paraben free, fragrance free and SLS/SLES free. 
• exederm Ultra Sensitive Skincare intensive baby moisturizer - I don't even know where to begin with this! It has been such a tremendous relief being able to moisturize his skin. We have used a prescription ointment on him for 1 1/2 years and it only works some of the time. After using the eczema and dermatitis and having it clear up the whelph on him and stop the itching, we put this on to keep him moisturized and it really works! This moisturizer is color free, fragrance free, lanolin free, paraben free, SLS free and phthalates free. 
• exederm Ultra Sensitive Skincare hydrating baby lotion - Color free, paraben free, fragrance free, SLS/SLES free. We have been using this on our new granddaughter. She is so soft! She doesn't have eczema but why not use something on her that is free of all those irritants!

The National Eczema Association has honored exederm children's skin care range with its coveted 'Seal of Acceptance' award in acknowledgement of their ultra sensitive formulations. In fact, each of their five baby eczema care products scored a maximum 5/5 from the review panel.

We have used Cetaphil and Aveeno but did not get the results we wanted. They would stop his itching for a half hour or an hour but then he was into an itch fit again.  We wanted something that would work for at least 6 hours and have tried everything the Dr. said. Even his prescriptions didn't work as good as exederm and they could only be put on 2ce a day. Now, I will tell him about exederm so he can let his other patients know how it really does work. My grandson goes back to doc next week and I am excited to see what he has to say about his eczema and how it is under control. 

All the products we received were baby products except for the exederm for eczema and dermatitis. It can be used on children 2 and over though. Would you like to hear something really whack??? I can buy ALL of these products for LESS than the cost of the prescription and the prescription didn't even come close to exederm! I find that so strange. I honestly wish I had found this a year and half ago so my little darling wouldn't have had to suffer. Makes me kind of ticked off at the Dr.'s and Dermatologist! Sometimes I think they are happy when something works partime but not me! Not me, not when it involves my grandkids. I want something that works ALL the time!
