My Opinion: My grandsons love their Think Geek AntWorks Colors of Life Habitat! Of course, they disagree on what color to keep it on, so we just let it change automatically. They had to wait a day and half for the ants to start tunneling(new enviroment for the ants or we just had ants with attitudes)! They take the magnifying glass to watch them "talk" with their antennaes.

They have learned many new facts with their AntWorks Habitat:

• All ants are females. Males are only created when they are needed by the colony to reproduce(about 1ce a year) and shortly die after mating.
• Ants carry up to 50 times their weight! (If humans could do this, the 98 lb. weakling could still lift nearly 2 and 1/2 tons!
• Ants outnumber us 1,666,666 to 1.
• Each ant colony has it's own scent.
• Ants need very little oxygen because they have no lungs.
• Ants live only 1-3 months

I just love the products at Think Geek! My grandsons are learning more and more everyday.
